Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide current income; the secondary investment objective of the fund seeks to provide capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in income-producing fixed income and equity securities, including ETFs that invest primarily in income-producing securities. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 65% of its net assets in fixed income securities and preferred stocks. The fund may invest in bank loans in the form of participations in the loans and assignments of all or a portion of the loans from third parties. It may invest up to 35% of its net assets in equity securities, other than preferred stocks.
