Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide income and long-term growth of capital. The fund is a "fund of funds", which means it pursues its investment objective by investing primarily in other investment companies, including exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") ("underlying funds"). It will typically invest in affiliated underlying funds advised by the Adviser ("Victory Funds"). The fund will invest at least 40% of its net assets in underlying funds that will provide the fund with exposure to equity securities and at least 30% of its net assets in underlying funds that will provide the fund with exposure to fixed income securities.
