Fund Summary

The investment seeks to generate long-term returns in excess of the total return of the Russell 3000® Index (the index), with less volatility than the index. The fund is an actively managed ETF. To pursue its investment objective, the fund invests, under normal market circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of companies from the United States. The adviser designed the following quantitative stock selection rules to make allocation decisions and seek to protect against dramatic over- or under-weighting of individual securities in the fund's portfolio.
