The investment seeks to provide long-term growth of capital; a secondary objective of the fund is to limit risk during unfavorable market conditions. The fund invests primarily in equity index futures contracts, as well as fixed income securities, ETFs, U.S. Large Cap Stocks and cash equivalents. The adviser defines large-cap common stock securities as those securities included in the MSCI US Prime Market Growth Index, the S&P 500 Index, the S&P 500 Growth Index, the Russell 1000 Growth Index, the NASDAQ-100 Index, and/or securities of other broad-based U.S. large-cap stock indices.
