Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide long-term growth of capital; a secondary objective of the fund is to limit risk during unfavorable market conditions. The fund's adviser seeks to achieve the fund's investment objectives by investing primarily in futures contracts primarily linked to "developed market" issuers outside the U.S. or stock indices compromised of non-U.S. developed market issuers, as well as investment grade fixed-income securities and cash equivalents. The adviser defines non-U.S. developed markets as those countries included in the MSCI EAFE Index.
