Fund Summary

The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of small capitalization companies that are domiciled outside the United States or whose primary business operations are outside the United States. It may invest in companies that are not currently generating cash flow, but are expected to do so in the future in the portfolio manager's opinion.
