The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of Developing Market Country companies. It may invest in foreign equity securities, which may or may not be listed on a recognized securities exchange or be publicly traded. These securities may be denominated in U.S. dollars, local currencies or other foreign currencies.
