Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide investors with current income. The fund is a "fund-of-funds," which seeks to achieve its investment goal by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of fixed-income and equity-income oriented underlying funds (although a portion of its assets may be invested in cash, cash equivalents, or in money market funds). The majority of the underlying funds in which the fund invests will be affiliated funds; however, the fund will have the ability to invest in unaffiliated underlying funds, including ETFs and ETNs, to the extent that the desired asset class exposure is not available through Touchstone Funds.
