Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests primarily in U.S. stocks. It pursues its goal by investing at least 80% of its net assets (including, for this purpose, any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. companies. The managers expect to hold the common stocks of U.S. companies that have market capitalizations of approximately $500 million or more.
