Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of a broad-based index of world (ex-U.S.) equity markets over the long term. Under normal circumstances, the fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its net assets (plus borrowings, if any) in securities comprising the MSCI ACWI ex USA Investable Market Index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") providing exposure to securities comprising the index.
