Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in securities of foreign issuers. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings, if any) in equity securities of foreign issuers, such as common stocks issued by companies in the countries and industries represented in the MSCI® EAFE® Index, the fund's benchmark. It may hold a portion of its assets in cash and cash instruments and may lend its securities and engage in active trading.
