Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is a fund-of-funds, which invests in mutual funds and ETFs ("underlying funds"). It seeks to invest substantially all and, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in sustainable impact investments. Sustainable impact investing incorporates non-financial performance indicators that measure a company's management of risks associated with environmental sustainability, social concerns, and corporate governance ("ESG Factors") in an effort to generate long-term competitive investment performance and positive societal impact.
