Fund Summary

The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the S&P 500®/MarketAxess® Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index. The fund seeks to invest substantially all of its assets in the bonds included in the index. The index consists exclusively of investment grade bonds issued by companies in the S&P 500. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes should track the performance of the index. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities.
