Fund Summary

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500® Minimum Volatility Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of a portfolio of equity securities using a managed volatility strategy that seeks to achieve lower total risk than the S&P 500® Index, while maintaining other similar characteristics of the S&P 500® Index. The fund is non-diversified.
