Fund Summary

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation while reducing volatility relative to the S&P 500® Index. The fund operates as a "fund of funds." It pursues its investment objective by investing in exchange-traded securities of other investment companies including ETFs. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of underlying funds that, by the terms of their prospectuses, focus on making investments in issuers that are either based, operated or primarily operated in the United States or listed on a U.S. exchange or marketplace.
