Fund Summary

The investment seeks to maximize total return, consistent with prudent investment management. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in corporate debt securities and at least 80% of its assets in "investment grade" debt securities. It may invest up to 25% of its assets in non-U.S. dollar denominated fixed income securities of foreign issuers. The advisor intends to invest not more than 10% of the fund's assets in non-U.S. dollar denominated fixed income securities of foreign issuers for which the fund has not implemented a currency hedge. The fund may invest in securities of any maturity or duration.
