The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small companies. The fund will primarily seek to purchase securities believed to be attractively valued in relation to various measures which may include earnings, capital structure or return on invested capital.
