Fund Summary

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P MidCap 400® Pure Growth Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of a subset of securities from the S&P MidCap 400® Index that exhibit strong growth characteristics, as measured using three factors: sales growth, the ratio of earnings change to price, and momentum (the 12-month percentage change in price). The fund is non-diversified.
