Fund Summary

The investment seeks a high level of current income, consistent with prudent investment management. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of floating or adjustable rate senior secured loans, senior corporate debt and other senior Fixed Income Instruments that effectively enable the fund to achieve a floating rate of income. It may invest up to 10% of its total assets in securities and instruments of issuers economically tied to emerging market countries. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its total assets in securities denominated in foreign currencies and in U.S. dollar-denominated securities of foreign issuers.
