Fund Summary

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ International Dividend AchieversTM Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) that are listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) or the London International Exchange, in addition to ADRs and non-U.S. common or ordinary stocks traded on NYSE, NASDAQ or NYSE American.
