Fund Summary

The investment seeks to track the performance of the S&P Completion Index that measures the investment return of small- and mid-capitalization U.S. stocks. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks that are included in its benchmark index. The index is a sub-index of the S&P Total Market Index and measures the performance of all constituents in the S&P Total Market Index that are not also constituents of the S&P 500.
