Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes) in mid-capitalization companies that are, at the time of purchase, within the market capitalization range of companies that comprise the Russell Midcap® Index. It uses an actively managed, value-based investment approach focusing on the long-term market cycle (at least 3-5 years) to select investments.
