Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including amounts borrowed for investment purposes) in equity securities of small capitalization U.S. companies. The Sub-Advisor considers small capitalization companies to be companies with market capitalizations within the range of those companies included in the Russell 2000 Index (the "index") at the time of purchase. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers.
