Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations at the time of investment comparable to companies in the Russell 1000® Value Index. It invests primarily in U.S. equity securities, but the fund may invest up to 35% of its net assets in non-U.S. equity securities, including up to 10% of its net assets in equity securities of companies located in emerging market countries.
