Fund Summary

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in stocks in the green economy. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies that Green Alpha Advisors, the investment sub-adviser to it, believes are leaders in managing environmental risks and opportunities, have above average growth potential and are reasonably valued. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets (which includes the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in U.S. common stocks and American Depository Receipts ("ADRs").
