Fund Summary

The investment seeks long term capital appreciation and current income. To pursue its goal, the fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities that pay dividends. It may invest in companies of any market capitalization. Although the fund invests primarily in domestic securities, it may also invest in securities of foreign companies, including emerging markets. The fund mainly invests in common stocks but may invest up to 10% of its net assets in master limited partnerships and up to 10% of its net assets in convertible securities.
