The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity investments that are tied economically to the Greater China region. Its equity investments primarily will consist of investments in equity securities, including common stock, preferred stock, and depositary receipts. The fund may invest in companies of any market capitalization, but the advisor intends to invest generally in mid- and large-capitalization companies. It is non-diversified.
