The investment seeks long-term capital growth, with income as a secondary consideration. The fund will, under normal market conditions, maintain at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in large cap stocks (generally, stocks with a market capitalization of the companies represented in the Russell 1000® Value Index -- as of the most recent reconstitution date, the low end of the range of market capitalizations included in this index was $1.71 billion).
