Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of foreign companies. It will typically invest in equity securities of companies with capitalizations similar to those in the MSCI EAFE® Index at the time of investment. It generally will hold long positions, either directly or through equity-related derivatives (such as futures, options, and total return swaps), which may total up to 140% of the fund's net assets, and short positions, either directly or through equity-related derivatives (such as futures, options, and total return swaps), which may total up to 40% of the fund's net assets.
