Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide current income and, as a secondary objective, capital appreciation consistent with its asset allocation strategy. The fund invests in the Manning & Napier Blended Asset Conservative Series, and is currently 100% invested in the Blended Asset Conservative Series. The Series invests primarily in fixed income securities, including U.S. Treasury securities, and U.S. and foreign mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities and corporate bonds. It invests primarily in investment grade fixed income securities with short- to intermediate-term maturities of 3 to 5 years but may also invest in longer term securities and junk bonds.
