The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies that are organized under the laws of, or have their principal office in the United States; have their principal securities trading market in the United States; and/or derive the majority of their annual revenue or earnings or assets from goods produced, sales made or services performed in the United States.
