Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The adviser pursues the fund's investment objective by investing primarily in equity securities (i.e., common stocks, depositary receipts, preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights and warrants) of companies principally in countries represented in the S&P® Developed ex-U.S. SmallCap Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's assets will be invested in securities of small-capitalization companies.
