Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price performance of the Thomson Reuters Private Equity Buyout Index that seeks to replicate the aggregate gross performance of U.S. private equity-backed companies. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities and financial instruments that compose the index. It also invests in total return swap agreements designed to provide exposure to the characteristics of private equity-backed companies and will have the effect of adding economic leverage to the portfolio.
