Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity investments of large- and mid- capitalization companies. "Assets" means net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes. It invests primarily in a broad portfolio of equity securities that the adviser believes have characteristics such as attractive valuations, high quality and/or strong momentum that should lead to relative outperformance.
