The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks investment results that exceed the performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Index. It will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowing for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. companies with market capitalizations that are above $5 billion at the time of initial purchase and possess entrepreneurial characteristics.
