Fund Summary

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation, with added emphasis on the protection of capital during unfavorable market conditions. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests principally in equity securities of companies that derive a majority of their revenues or profits from, or have a majority of their assets in, a country or countries other than the U.S. It invests principally in equity securities issued by companies in developed countries, but may also invest in emerging markets in developing countries.
