Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital and future income rather than current income. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its net assets under normal circumstances in equity securities, such as common and preferred stocks. It may invest in equity securities of issuers of any market capitalization. The fund also may invest to a lesser extent in securities of foreign (non-U.S.) issuers and debt securities.
