The investment seeks to maximize current income with a secondary emphasis on capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by allocating assets across various sectors of the global securities markets. Its investment adviser executes this strategy by primarily investing in "income-producing securities", which Horizon defines as including any of the following: dividend paying global equity securities, fixed-income securities, cash equivalents, MLPs, MBS, REITs, ADRs and emerging market securities. The fund may invest in securities of companies of any market capitalization.
