The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily through investment in equities of European companies. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of European companies. Equity securities include common stocks and related securities, such as preferred stock, convertible securities, and depositary receipts. It has no limits on the geographic asset distribution of its investments within Europe.
