Fund Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in common stocks of mid-cap companies and shares of ETFs that invest primarily in common stocks of mid-cap companies. It will generally invest in securities whose market capitalizations fall within the range of the market capitalizations of the S&P MidCap 400 Index at the time of purchase.
