Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide a high level of current income, consistent with low volatility of principal. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in high quality floating rate or variable rate obligations. It may invest in obligations of foreign issuers, although 100% of the fund's portfolio will be invested in U.S. dollar denominated securities. The fund's target duration range under normal interest rate conditions is expected to approximate that of the ICE BofAML Three-Month U.S. Treasury Bill Index, plus or minus 3 months, and the duration of the index has ranged between 0.14 and 0.26 years.
