Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in companies considered by the adviser (at the time of purchase) to be large-capitalization companies. A company is considered to be large-capitalization if its market capitalization is at least $5 billion. The fund holds a relatively few number of securities and, as a result of the Adviser's investment process, the fund's investments may be focused in one or more economic sectors from time to time.
