Fund Summary

The investment seeks a high total investment return, including capital appreciation and income. The fund will invest primarily in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations in excess of $2 billion at the time of purchase, which includes companies domiciled outside of the United States. Thus, most of the fund's investments are expected to be in mid- or large-capitalization companies.
