Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide income and long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common and preferred stocks, as well as fixed income securities. It may also invest in investment companies ("underlying funds"), which include domestic and foreign mutual funds, as well as in exchange traded funds ("ETFs"), closed-end funds, and unit investment trusts. The fund will have a minimum of 0% and a maximum of 30% of its net assets invested in equity securities or underlying funds investing in equity securities. It will also have a minimum of 70% and a maximum of 100% of its net assets invested in fixed income securities.
