The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund pursues its investment objective by investing primarily in equity or equity-related securities (such as depositary receipts) of, or relating to, small-cap companies domiciled in, or that derive a large proportion of their income from, global developed markets. It will also invest in component securities of the MSCI World Small Cap index or in securities of companies listed in the countries referenced in this index. The fund will generally allocate a substantial amount of its total assets to non-U.S. investments。.
