Fund Summary

The investment seeks income. The fund seeks to achieve its objective through investment in any income-producing securities issued by companies that pass the Adviser's proprietary screening methodology. Income-producing securities may include corporate bonds, preferred stocks, convertible stocks and investment companies (including open-end funds or exchange traded funds) that may invest in income-producing securities, or in the case of exchange traded funds, track a fixed income index. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in bonds.
