Fund Summary

The investment seeks dividend income and long-term capital appreciation；its secondary objective is dividend growth. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in dividend paying securities. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in the securities of dividend paying companies. The adviser uses a two-step process to select securities for the fund's portfolio and begins the investment process with a "top down" analysis which may impact the macro positioning of the fund.
