Fund Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund mainly invests in equity securities of issuers in emerging and developing markets throughout the world. Under normal market conditions, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of issuers that are economically tied to an emerging market country and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. The fund may invest up to 100% of its total assets in securities of issuers in emerging and developing markets.
