The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of issuers located throughout the developed world, including the United States (the "80% Policy"). It may invest in securities issued by companies with a broad range of market capitalizations, including smaller companies.
