Fund Summary

The investment seeks high current income and, secondarily, long-term total return. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in U.S. and foreign debt securities, including those in emerging markets. The Manager will allocate investments among various sectors of debt securities and at any given time may have a substantial amount of its assets invested in any class of debt security. It may invest up to 100% of its net assets in high yield, lower-quality debt securities. The fund may invest up to 100% of its net assets in foreign securities, including emerging markets securities.
